When my good friend, Katrine Volynsky, was a young girl, she and her family were exposed to severe radiation in Chernobyl. When Katrine was a tennager the effects of that radiation made her extremely ill, so much so that she eventually bled out internally and experienced clinical death.
Medical establishments did not have any answers for her, so she became fed up and started to look for answers herself. She quit everything she was doing, sold everything that she had, and spent the next two years experimenting on herself, looking for mentors and therapies that could change her health.
After countless fasts, detoxes, IV therapies, and bio resonance treatments, she eventually got into raw food, went vegan, and started enzymatic therapy.
Raw, plant-based foods changed Katrine’s life and helped her rebuild her body. Her dedication to the truth allowed her to maintain an open mind, and focus on assessing influences (environmental, genetic, and emotional) rather than diagnosis.
Katrine has thrived in the face of overwhelming odds and now helps others achieve their health and wellness goals through a combination of nutrition, state-of-the-art technology, and holistic healing
Inspired by her Russian background, her son, and her love for nutritious foods, she has created show-stopping recipes that…
